- → Do not share your account with others.
- → We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of violations.
5. Health & Mental Health Disclaimer
Serenity content is designed for emotional support, not formal therapy. We are not responsible for emotional or physical effects resulting from content usage. If experiencing serious conditions, immediately consult a professional.
6. Data, Privacy & Journaling
- → All data, including journal entries, is stored securely.
- → You have full control over your personal data.
- → Serenity uses data to improve user experience, including session recommendations.
7. Subscription & Billing
- → Certain features are paid through subscription.
- → Prices, durations, and payment methods are listed in the app.
- → Payments are made according to specified prices and periods.
- → Cancellation or refunds are subject to applicable policies.
8. Intellectual Property
- → Serenity content is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
- → You may not copy, sell, or distribute content without written permission.
- → User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it.
9. Limitations of Liability
Serenity is not liable for direct or consequential losses resulting from service usage. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to emotional or mental health impacts.
10. Termination
- → We reserve the right to suspend or close user accounts in case of ToS violations.
- → Users can close their accounts at any time.

This ToS is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.
